Coming home to yourself is the most powerful journey you’ll ever take
Hi, I’m Sonia and welcome to; Life Reimagined, a safe space for women who are seeking a life of greater balance, authenticity and alignment. I am a homeschool mum of a 10yr old boy, a wife in a neurodivergent relationship, an artist/creative and a certified mind|body practitioner running my own business, passionate about supporting real women, in real life, in real time. No unrealistic routines, no fluffy ‘just be positive’ advice - genuine, grounded support to help you live more from your centre, not from chaos.
15 years ago I left an extremely successful career in film and tv (costumer) in Sydney. At the time friends and family could not understand WHY? Why would I leave such a glamorous, well paying, hang with the stars kind of job? Without realising, I knew I was no longer in alignment, the hours, the travelling and many more aspects simply did not align with my needs or desires. I pivoted, retrained into education, became qualified and started my first business; a family day care whilst I raised my young son. This journey led me to working with pre school kids living with mental health and eventually to coaching and supporting adults living with mental/physical challenges.
Somewhere during this busy time I lost myself. I had stopped creating, I had stopped drawing and as an artist this meant I had lost my FLOW. I began to force art projects, running myself into the ground overthinking my path, working endless hours to just feel empty. I’ve been there; running on adrenaline, ignoring the signs my body and mind were giving me, thinking “I will slow down later” while later never seemed to come, neither did any results from my ‘hard work’.
So, a couple of years ago I simply told myself to SLOW DOWN. That was it, do less but do it better.
Guess what happened?
’Life Reimagined mind|body coach’ was born; my dream & my passions all in one, a business I built from scratch by myself.
Through my own messy, beautiful, and very real journey, I learned something life-changing; when we tend to our mind and body together, we stop surviving and start truly living. It’s not about becoming a perfect version of yourself - it’s about coming home to yourself, learning to to listen in, and creating space for things that actually matter to YOU.
Together with conscious living, consistent daily practices, daily movement, purpose and joy, my days are not always perfect but they are authentic, fulfilling and full of love & gratitude.
