Aligned Horizons - a workshop for clarity, courage & connection

Aligned Horizons is a 3.15hr immersive vision board workshop on the Gold Coast designed for women seeking to realign with their inner truth and step confidently toward the life they desire. Held in Mudgeeraba in the nurturing embrace of nature, this experience blends creativity, mindfulness, and soulful coaching to awaken clarity, courage, and authentic connection.

Together, we begin with grounding practices, intention setting and guided meditation before moving into the heart of the workshop: vision board creation. With a beautiful array of natural materials, textiles, media, beads, feathers and more! You will craft a vision that not only reflects your aspirations but also resonates deeply with your mind, body and spirit.

Throughout the session, you will be gently guided through holistic mind, body, spirit coaching, helping you unravel limiting beliefs and uncover new possibilities. Shared moments of reflection, laughter, and inspiration with like minded women will deepen the sense of connection and community

Wholesome snacks and drinks will be provided , the perfect ending to a wonderful workshop, not just a creative journey but a nourishing retreat for the soul.
